As I am going to be down for the Tarantula GLM on the weekend 28th Feb/1st March, I`m hoping we can have a Clan meeting somewhere around that weekend to go over things, especially plans for the rest of the year.
Please reply ASAP so arrangements can be made if its going to happen.

After talking to a few people. The meeting is provisionally set for Sunday 1st March.

Right I can be in York from Friday through to Monday around that weekend.
I am also hoping to visit friends while I have driven the 400 mile trip down.
As a result I would ask people to say when they can and cannot make a meeting and especially if Sunday is good?
I will have a car so I can transport a few people (ony a fiesta so not too many).
So far there is a lack of replies which is proving disheartening.

Sure and if Kat can't make it then I'll bring along a cam so we can chat to her at least. Any time would be ok atm, I'll have to get back on what i'm doing that day.

Boys the faction group leaders meeting is on the 28th and Jamie and I dont know if we are going to be back that night yet we were looking at doing the clan meeting on the sunday which is the 1st of march........
Please make sure you can make it on the 1st if not we can talk about doing a different day...but not the 28th of feb lol
