Convocation of Guilds 1107

Covocation of Guilds 1107 - is currently in danger of being cancelled due to not enough players.

It's due to take place from the 27th-29th of April at Horley Scout Camp, Banbury, Oxfordshire.

If a certain number of players isn't reached by next week then the event will be cancelled. If you are planning on playing but have not yet booked, please get your forms in asap.

Also if you plan on paying on the gate - could you please let the organisers know so that they can get a better estimate of how many players will be in attendence.

It would be a real shame to see this event cancelled. So please send off your booking forms as soon as you can.

I'm supposed to be catering the COG, so if there are not enough pre-books by this coming weekend, it will probably be cancelled or at best, catering will consist of manky burgers :-)
