He places it in his tea, a tiny wisp of purple smoke arises from it a he grins this time taking an extra long sip.

Enemy may be without honour. Miso losings Miso honour. But that am not meanings Miso should be ignorings honour. If Clan am actings without honour, because Clan enemy am without honour, then Clan am not havings honour. Clan must be actings with honour always, even when it am not easy.

Miso not say Miso "need" Seppuku. Miso say Miso "should take". Miso fail to protect Mie-lin when she am needings Miso, and Miso sacrifice Mie-lin, instead of fighting to save Mie-lin. Miso have more important thingses to do before Miso can worry about Miso honour - so see Mie-lin where she am belongings and to seeings Lyander am sufferings for what he am doings - but when that am done, Miso must regain Miso honour.

There am only two ways Miso am ables to serve Clan now - fight as samurai of Clan, and work as Artisan of Clan. There am no enemies to fight at moment, and until Miso have access to Guild tools and materials, Clan have all Clan needs. So Miso am without duties. When Miso am without duties, like many of Clan, Miso enjoy quiet drink. Am you willings to deny all of Clan right to be drinkings when they am havings no duties?
